Read · 2 Corinthians 12:7–10
We may assume effective service requires hiding every weakness. We fear that limitation will reduce our value or cause others to question our calling.
Paul asked for his burden to be removed and received instead the assurance of sufficient grace. God did not celebrate suffering, but He refused to let weakness have the final word.
Dependence on Christ is not an embarrassment to overcome. When we name our limits, receive help, and continue faithfully, our lives point beyond personal competence to sustaining grace.
How might Christ meet you within a limitation you have been trying to hide?
PrayerChrist, let Your grace be enough for me today. Meet me in weakness, keep me from shame, and show Your strength through faithful dependence. Amen.
