Some of us use honesty as permission to be harsh. Others call silence loving because speaking would be uncomfortable. Scripture gives us a better way: truth spoken in love.
Jesus never separated grace from truth. He saw people clearly, named what mattered, and moved toward them with redemptive purpose rather than contempt.
Faithful speech asks more than whether our words are accurate. It asks whether our timing, tone, and intention serve the good of the person before us and honor Christ.
